Every flavor in this box is built on the same short base: coconut water, coconut milk, filtered water, organic coconut sugar, natural flavors, agar agar and sea salt, plus less than 0.2% xanthan and guar gum. Each flavor then adds its own real ingredient.

• Agar agar is a setting agent made from seaweed. It is what replaces the gelatin used in most puddings, and it is why this is a plant-based dessert rather than a dairy one.
• The only sweeteners are coconut water and organic coconut sugar. No cane syrup, no sugar alcohols, no artificial sweeteners.
• Contains coconut, which is classified as a tree nut allergen in the United States. Contains caffeine from espresso.
• No dairy, no eggs, no soy, no gluten, no gelatin and no artificial preservatives. Because nothing is preserved artificially, keep it refrigerated and go by the Best By date on the jar.
